New collection! I’ve been really busy 😉 This one is called “Cirque de Millefiori”. And yes, I’ve used three different languages in the title, but that’s how I roll. I have always, always loved millefiori! The term millefiori is a combination of the Italian words “mille” (thousand) and “fiori” (flowers). It is a glasswork technique which produces distinctive decorative patterns on glassware. More recently, the millefiori technique has been applied to polymer clays and other materials. Because polymer clay is […]
Hey there! “THANKS SO MUCH” to anyone that voted for my design “Egg-stravaganza” in Spoonflower’s “Painted Eggs” Weekly contest! I came in 2nd place this time, so excited and truly grateful for this!! I might be changing the scale of this, not quite sure yet. Right now it’s sized at 8×8 inches (I did this for the contest for viewing purposes). But I think that Spoonflower’s magical printing technicians captured all of the details really nicely, so I might leave […]

Hey there, finally posting a new collection that I’ve designed, available for licensing. It’s called “Triangularity”. I’ve seen so many fabulous things on Pinterest using triangles, I thought I’d give it a whirl! I got the idea for the main pattern from “terrazzo” flooring, which I’ve been obsessed with for a long time… Then I added some linework and of course, spirals! 😀 You can see more of this group, and my other work by clicking HERE. Enjoy!

Please scroll down to the bottom to see them all, then go to the next page. You have to go through each page. When you get to the […]
I have just discovered Instagram! And I find it’s a fun way to show what inspires me, what catches my eye, or what my kitties might be doing on any given moment, hehe! Click below on the picture and join me in yet another creative adventure….
There’s Something About Mary……that you didn’t know. She has a brand spanking new website and online portfolio! (Just an FYI in case that you don’t already know, my name is MARY). I originally launched it a few weeks ago to present to friends and family, and now I’d like to officially tell everyone about it. It’s been so much fun (surprisingly!) to set it all up. Once I uploaded my theme to my chosen host, I breathed a sigh of […]
This month’s Designer Calendar freebie was designed by the very talented Simi Gauba. We met in the Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design e-course last year. Simi is from India, but currently lives in Sweden. I love her fabulous style, especially her floral designs. You can download March HERE or clicking on the image above, and remember, it can be printed as big as an A3 format (42×29.7cm / 16.5×11.7in). These calendar pages are great for desktop backgrounds too!! Don’t forget […]
I’m in process of working on another round of a unique project with my Design Group. It’s called “Efuto”, and it is basically decorating a plain envelope, and sending it in the mail to a friend. They receive a little “gift” in the mail, so to speak. And how often can any of us say that we received something nice in the mail lately?? 🙂 But first, I have to tell you about and show you the fantastic one that […]
