My Visual Nirvana-Orchids

Here’s my weekly post for “My Visual Nirvana”. ORCHIDS. I’ve always loved them!! And I still do. Although I currently grow some orchids, I don’t have nearly as many as when I lived in Florida. I had them hanging from the trees, pergola, off of the house, everywhere. I was kind of an orchid hoarder I think….I had nearly 100, all outside.  Here are some pictures that I took of my collection.

I lived in Florida for 10 years, and the thing that I miss the most is my garden! I loved all of the tropical plants, the colors, and the fact that everything looked pretty darn gorgeous year round. I love color, and there was no shortage of it in Florida.
