“Happy Day” Hand Painted Wood Slice

Materials:

Basswood, Acrylagouache paint, Posca Paint Pens, gel pens, Matte sealer fixative....lots of love and care.

Dimensions of Wood Slice:

7 x 7 x .75 inch.

Each painted wood slice is my original design. I initially prime each piece of wood with an acrylic sealer, so the final colors are as rich and vibrant as possible. I paint each piece with very small brushes, and also use some paint pens. I finish up with a fine line gel pen to outline, then I spray 4-5 coats of Matte sealer. Each design is signed and dated on the reverse side. My art also comes with a small, black, wooden easel!

The wooden pieces are water resistant, and can be cleaned or dusted with a soft cloth. My artwork is meant to be kept indoors, out of the rain and direct sun.

Please keep in mind that there are certain imperfections in the wood, after all, my canvas comes from nature!

Each piece will be wrapped in a plastic protective sleeve for shipping.
