I was looking for a file on my computer yesterday, and as I clicked through all of my design folders, I came across a pattern that I had made last year. Not JUST a pattern, but it was my first successful digital repeat pattern. I was curious, and clicked on the date of the file. May 22, 2012!! A year ago. Although I still love this design, I’ve come a very long way in a year. If it looks good […]
Although Easter is over, I’m so pleased that my “Painted Eggs” contest entry that took 2nd place is featured in the Spoonflower gallery for Easter designs, on their homepage. To purchase this fabric, wall covering, or decal, please click HERE. Spoonflower makes it possible for individuals to design, print and sell their own fabric, wallpaper and wall decals. It is an invaluable resource to the design community.

I got the idea for the main pattern from “terrazzo” flooring, which I’ve been obsessed with for a long time… Then I added some linework and of course, spirals! 😀 You can see more of this group, and my other work by clicking HERE. Enjoy!
