Really nice of Patternbank to have our little “Pin-Hop” story on their blog yesterday. What a wonderful surprise! Check it out by clicking HERE.

My design group, which is made up of people from all over the world, participated in this Pin Hop. What’s a Pin Hop, you ask? First of all, the Pin Hop was curated by Tina Olsson of FYLLAYTA. For this one, we based our designs on Patternbank’s Autumn/Winter ’13/’14 trend forecast. We each designed a collection based on a certain trend, then Pinned them on a mutual Pinterest board. It was so neato to see how each person developed and translated the trend and represented their own design style.

If you would like to view our board on Pinterest, you can click HERE to see all of my group’s fabby designs! Please leave us some comments!

I absolutely love Patternbank’s site for inspiration. They feature the latest fashion and catwalk trends, and also some very amazing artists with eye-candy creations of all sorts!

Gardening is Good for your Soul…

I think my favorite thing to do is gardening. Why? Because when I am doing it, I am not worrying about a thing. I find it highly therapeutic and relaxing, even though I've digging and carrying pails of water around the yard. I've just moved to a new house, and I've...
